The Board is extending the grace period to complete repairs/replacement of privacy fences another three months.

The new deadline is July 9, 2025.

Please focus on repairs that can be seen from the street first.  The Board encourages neighbors to work together for fences that benefit both properties.

Our Community Yard Sales are held in April and October every year.  Stay tuned for the next available scheduled event.

We will be updating our Declaration of Covenants this year.  We have already started talking to neighbors to find out what the community would like to see changed, added, or removed.

Please contact the HOA with any and all recommendations and/or feedback about changes you would like to see or comments on changes we would like to make.

Discover neighbors (including teenagers for hire) in Colonial Hills that have service-related businesses.  If you live in Colonial Hills and would like to offer the community your services, please contact us and we will include your information in the next newsletter and protected directory that only homeowners can access under our documents page.  Examples of services might include pet sitting, baby sitting, walking dogs, notary services, cleaning, handyman or any other services.  The HOA is not recommending or endorsing anyone listed.

Does anyone have any interest in creating a Community Directory??

Maybe even a Pet Directory with a photo of your pets with contact information.

These directories would kept on the website where only homeowners have access to it by a verified account. 

Only include the information you would like to see in the directory such as name, address, email or phone number.

Find out how you can get involved in the Colonial Hills community.  From volunteering to serving the board, serving on one of our committees, or helping neighbors.  There are many ways to make a difference.

We are currently looking for volunteers to be on our new committees

The board would like to start having multiple events throughout the year to bring our community closer.  A calendar will be coming soon!

If you would like to volunteer to be on our new Special Events Committee, please email us to let know you are interested.

We have lots of ideas depending on what the community is interested in participating.  Some idea would be having gaming parties, poker nights, a day at the movies, craft groups, prizes for best lawn, best holiday decorations.  The list is endless.
