Contests will be held April 15th and 

September 15th of each year

The community should nominate their own yard or a neighbor's yard for overall curb appeal by emailing the address of the property  starting on the 1st of the month (no photo required). Nominations will end on the 8th of the month.

Yards that are nominated will be photographed by our Special Events Coordinator and announced one week prior by posting on Facebook, the website, and will be sent via email. 

The community will vote for their favorite finalist and the winner will win a prize.

Our Community Yard Sales are held in April and October every year.

8AM to 2PM

Yard sale signs are put at the entrance of the community the night before.  We do advertise on multiple online sites and many Facebook groups.

Visit our own Little Community Library courtesy of Ms. Vega located at 

12007 Colonial Estates Lane.

This little box was built with love, and the goal is simple — to share stories, spark imagination, and bring our community a little closer together.

A few friendly reminders:

• Take a book, share a book if you can

• Please leave books in gently used condition

• No food, trash, or damaged items

• Close the door securely to keep the books safe

Feel free to stop by anytime, browse, and come back often. I hope it becomes a fun little stop for kids, families, and book lovers of all ages!

Our first outdoor family friendly movie night will be held on 

April 18, 2026

Come to 12210 Colonial Estates Lane at 7:00PM to get settled in the backyard with your chairs, blankets, inflatable mattresses, snacks and drinks.

Movie will begin at 7:30PM

Adults and Children are welcome to attend.  Please RSVP with how many will attend and any kids that will be coming with their name, favorite drinks, and three types of candy for us to supply goody bags.  Also let us know if you will need chairs or blankets so we have enough.
