YARD OF THE QUARTER
The next Yard of the Quarter will be held January 1, 2026
To see the previous winners, please take a look at our Gallery page.
The Special Events Committee will choose the top 5 yards one week prior. Those yards will be posted on Facebook, the website, and will be send via email to those who have give given email consent.
The community will vote which of the finalist will win a prize for the best Yard of the Quarter.

Our Community Yard Sales are held in April and October every year.

Yard sale signs are put at the entrance of the community the night before. We do advertise on multiple online sites and Facebook groups.

Volunteer Opportunities
Find out how you can get involved in the Colonial Hills community. From volunteering to serving the board, serving on one of our committees, helping neighbors, or helping the Association with maintenance in the common areas in the neighborhood. There are many ways to make a difference.
If you are interested in volunteering, please let us know what you would be willing to do and when we need help with special projects, we can contact you.

This committee needs a minimum of three homeowners who will approve/deny all property improvements requested by our community members and will recommend to the board to notify homeowners of any current violations the need to corrected. This committee will also assist the Board with amending our rules and creating standards for our community.

This committee needs volunteers to help plan fun events for the community. We meet every couple months to discuss ideas and plan events that the community can participate like the Community Yard Sale, Yard of the Quarter, Halloween and Christmas Decoration Contests, Fall Festival and soon a movie night.
