Our Community Yard Sales are held in April and October every year.

Yard sale signs are put at the entrance of the community the night before. We do advertise on multiple online sites and many Facebook groups.

Adults and kids are welcome - we provide everything.

Please RSVP before the 20th to ensure we have enough for everyone
Come join us to carve a pumpkin. Pumpkins, Carving Tools, Stencils/Templates, and Goody Bags will all be provided.
If you don't have kids that want to come then come without them and help out during the party or just enjoy carving a pumpkin.

Visit our own Little Community Library courtesy of Ms. Vega located at
12007 Colonial Estates Lane.
This little box was built with love, and the goal is simple — to share stories, spark imagination, and bring our community a little closer together.
A few friendly reminders:
• Take a book, share a book if you can
• Please leave books in gently used condition
• No food, trash, or damaged items
• Close the door securely to keep the books safe
Feel free to stop by anytime, browse, and come back often. I hope it becomes a fun little stop for kids, families, and book lovers of all ages!
