Angela Logan has been serving the board since 2023 and has been living in the community since 2001. Her background includes business ownership/management, business analyst, computer programming, and database administration experience.

Jim Faurote has been serving the board since 2025 and has been living in the community since 2001. His background includes business ownership, process/installation of granite, and installation of commercial conveyor systems.

Susan Shaffer was appointed to the board in May 2025 and has been living in the community since 2003. Her background includes secretarial work in the medical field and has a real estate license in the state of Florida.

Donna Rowe was appointed as an officer in May 2025 and has been living in the community since 2000. She also served the board for three years previously. Her background includes positions in human resources, payroll, benefits in restaurant supply, insurance, and banking industries.

Lisa Forsythe was appointed as an officer in April 2026 after serving on the Special Events Committee for over a year. She is a teacher and has experience working with children of all ages.
The Community Vision Committee consists of five volunteers from our community including Nikkie Nuestel, Scott Chambers, Ron Cole, Pam Marshall, and Angela Logan. This committee is responsible for reviewing our Governing Documents that are over 25 years old to recommend making updates to those areas that are outdated, difficult to enforce, and/or have become obsolete. After recommendations are made, the community will have the opportunity to vote on whether these changes become part of our future. They will also be creating written rules and standards and reviewing all policies and procedures each year.
The Violation Review Committee is an independent committee required by Florida State Statute 720.305 to ensure that the Board is treating all homeowners in the Association fairly and uniformly. The Committee is composed of three members of the community who are not officers, directors, or employees of the association, nor are they related to such individuals. The Committee does not initiate violations or fines.
The committee is responsible for reviewing fines proposed by the Board for violations of Association rules. The primary role is to determine whether to confirm or reject the fine ensuring due process and allowing the homeowner accused of a violation to be heard, present their case, or challenge the evidence against them.
The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions is the legal document that lists all rules and regulations for the community that you must agree to live by in exchange for living in our community
