Welcome to Colonial Hills

Our Community

Colonial Hills was built in the year 2000 for those who wanted a safe and welcoming neighborhood for their families with a little space between neighbors.  We are a small community of only 101 homes and each property is at least a half-acre.  Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for all members of our association.

Email Consent Form

The HOA would like to start communicating with homeowners electronically via email.  Notices would include Newsletters, Meeting Announcements, Meeting Minutes, Special Events in our community and miscellaneous other notices.  The HOA must have a homeowners consent to use email for any official HOA correspondence such as meeting notices and consent can be revoked at any time.  Sending notices via email will allow us to keep the community better informed and will save us money on supplies such as printer ink, office supplies and postage.  Please download the email consent form and return it to us to stay current on community events.  The consent form lists options for returning the form.
